Free estimate
We assess your concrete on site and provide a free, detailed estimate. We bring samples to every estimate.

Grind & prep
Diamond grinding or shot blasting removes the weak top layer, old coatings, glue and paint so the new floor can bond.

Crack & slab repair
We fill cracks and fix damaged sections and drains before anything gets coated.

Flake Floor System
An epoxy base coat, a full broadcast of decorative flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat.

Cure & Return to Use
Most garage installations take 2 days. The floor is ready for foot traffic the next day and vehicle traffic after 3 days.
What's in a Flake Floor
- Polyaspartic topcoat: the clear wear layer that stands up to sunlight and abrasion.
- Full broadcast flake: decorative vinyl chips in a multi-color pattern that hides dirt.
- Epoxy base coat: a high-build base that bonds to the prepped concrete and holds the flake.
- All of it goes over diamond-ground concrete.

This is our workmanship promise, not a manufacturer warranty. It does not cover hot-tire pickup from soft aftermarket tires, impact or heavy point-load damage, abuse or harsh cleaning chemicals, slab moisture or movement we flagged in writing, or anything altered after install.

Can you recoat a garage that already has a coating?
Yes. In May 2026 we recoated an 848 sq ft Sunrise Beach garage that already had a coating, using a Creekbed flake blend, after the prep it needed.
Can I choose a custom flake blend?
Yes. A Sunrise Beach garage used an orange-and-black blend with white and gray accents.
Can you coat the stem walls in my garage?
Yes. Stem walls can be flaked to match the floor, as on a 506 sq ft Sunrise Beach garage where the 6-inch stem walls were coated. On an 822 sq ft garage we also flaked an epoxy wall base along the bottom of the walls.
Can I get a flake color you don't keep in stock?
Yes. We can special-order colors like HOG, which we used on a recent Sunrise Beach garage, and we can custom-blend almost any color combination on request.
